Diane is Chair of Zip Co Limited, Perenti, HBF Health Limited and National Chairman of CEDA. Diane is a past President of Chief Executive Women and held senior roles in banking, including head of Westpac’s Business and Technology Solutions and Services Division. She was also a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s North American practice.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from the University of Sydney. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
