Greg is a Director of LIS Private and Tract Consultants. He was formerly a partner at PwC for nearly 20 years, where he co-founded and led PwC’s Mergers & Acquisitions team nationally in Australia. Greg also operates an independent consulting business adding value to clients via his strategic, commercial, financial and transactional skills.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
