I am responsible for managing core business functions across People & Culture, Office Management, Administration, Technology support and Communications. My focus is on maintaining structure, providing clarity, and creating connections across business operations, and striving for excellence in HR, communications, workplace culture, and office administration. I am also responsible for managing selected technology applications.
With experience from Australia’s largest electricity transmission network provider and a state-owned manager of rail network assets, I bring a practical and inclusive approach to business operations and managing change. I am passionate about building positive, high-functioning workplaces where people feel supported to thrive. I hold a Bachelor of Business in Tourism from Southern Cross University.
