Diane Smith-Gander AO

Diane is Chair of Zip Co Limited, DDH1, HBF Health Limited and National Chairman of CEDA. Diane is a past President of Chief Executive Women and held senior roles in banking, including head of Westpac’s Business and Technology Solutions and Services Division. She was also a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s North American practice.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from the University of Sydney. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David Bortolussi

David is Managing Director and CEO of The a2 Milk Company. He was formerly Group President of Hanes International and has held CEO, executive and consulting roles at Pacific Brands, Foster’s Group, McKinsey & Company and PwC. David has substantial experience in the consumer and retail sectors, and functional expertise in strategy, finance, M&A and operational performance improvement.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
John Atkin

John is the Chairman of Qantas Super Fund and the Investor Representative Committee for the Mirvac Wholesale Office Fund. He is a director of IPH Limited and Outward Bound International. John’s career as a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer culminated in his appointment as Managing Partner of Blake Dawson (Ashurst). He later served as CEO of The Trust Company. Since 2013 John has had a portfolio of ASX listed directorships including Aurizon, GPT Metro REIT and Integral Diagnostics. He was the Chair of the Australian Institute of Directors from 2018 until 2024.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney. He has completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Greg Keys

Greg is a Director of LIS Private, SEDA Group and Tract Consultants. He was formerly a partner at PwC for nearly 20 years, where he co-founded and led PwC’s Mergers & Acquisitions team nationally in Australia. Greg also operates an independent consulting business adding value to clients via his strategic, commercial, financial and transactional skills.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
